The EuroVelo 7 of the EuroVelo network begins in North Cape in Norway and ends in Malta, more than 7400 km passing through Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria and Italy. In Italy EuroVelo 7 will be long about 3000 km, from the border in the Tyrolean Alps up to the southern Sicily. The path is complete from the border until the entrance in Bologna, but it is continuously being improved by the local administrations. The given GPS track might, then, not being updated, especially along the Garda Lake, where it is almost completed the coastline way.
EuroVelo is a network of high-quality cycling ways that links the entire Europe. These are usable both from long-distance cyclists and tourists and/or inhabitants that organize daily trips. The European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) coordinates the development of EuroVelo that so far includes 15 greenways and that is foreseen to be completed within the 2020.
