Cà d'Andrea - Historic center

The first time the village was mentioned in history dates back to 1253 when its name appeared in a notarial deed on the lands owned by the Olivetani brothers. In the sixteenth century Cà d'Andrea was unfortunate enough to experience the devastation caused by the Lanzichenecchi, who brought the plague mentioned in the works of Manzoni, which decimated the population.
